Course Essentials

Overview: The structure of our course is based on the organization of High Noon. We will begin by establishing a framework for examining global issues and learning more about the two forces shaping our world in the 21st century: the demographic explosion and the new world economy. Then we will turn our attention to analyzing three categories of global issues: issues that arise from our shared planet, our shared humanity, and our shared rule book. Click on the links above for each unit page. You will find a schedule for each unit, a list of assignments, additional resources, and links to our work.
